PVC Hollow Roof tile making machine

PVC+ASA Co-extrusion Hollow Roof tile production line,compose with extruder,mould,calibration system,haul-off unit,cutter and so on. 

The extrusion mould use co-extrusion composite technology, multi-cavity flow channel designed using vacuum forming mold and special design of cooling channels, good cooling effect. 

ASA layer for the Co-extrusion surface layer, bright colors will not easily fade

Compared with traditional plastic tile, with better heat and sound resistance effects, especially for tropical weather; Better resistant to corrosion, anti rustness, hard and tough, bright and clean, durable and easy to install, higher rigidity than traditional plastic tile 

It is good used for agriculture greenhouses ,plants (chemical and pharmaceutical), playground, warehouses, schools, offshore applications, commercial buildings and so on.
